I understand at least a few of your problems with this bit of the story, but you've managed to come off like Annie W., who believed that she, as a longtime reader, deserved the story she wanted...just because. You want a better story, guy? Write it. Write what you wish to read. Otherwise, you'll forever come off as an irritable, petty, entitled asshole who sees fit to lay claim to a story to which you have none. Lavender Jack...Swooping On Down.
